Ontogen Medtech is proud to announce the recipient of our 2026 Biomedical Scholarship: Carly Rogalla of the University of Florida, pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration.

This year’s scholarship applicants brought fresh ideas and a clear sense of purpose to the question of how technology can improve healthcare. Carly Rogalla’s essay stood out for its vision of wearable devices that could help people spot changes in their health earlier and better manage chronic conditions.
